What to include for app support

If something breaks in Arty & Garrisons HLL or on the browser version, include:

  • device or browser (for example Pixel 8, iPhone 15, Chrome on Windows);
  • app version from the store listing or About screen, if you have it;
  • which screen you were on (Default Garrisons, Station Arty Calc, SPA Arty Calc, About);
  • what you expected versus what happened;
  • a short screenshot if it helps.

I aim to reply within a few business days. Complex store or platform issues can take longer because they depend on Google Play or Apple review processes outside my control.
