Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Slaw Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use our website (slawsolutions.com), our mobile applications (including Arty & Garrisons HLL and future releases), and related communications and support. Together we call these the Services.
We aim to be clear about our practices. This policy is organised in sections so you can find what matters to you. It reflects applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.
2. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is:
SŁAWOMIR DUBLINOWSKI
trading as Slaw Solutions
Franciszka Fenikowskiego 16 c37
84-240 Reda
Poland
For questions about this policy or your data rights, please contact us at the email above.
3. Scope
This policy applies to the Services we operate under the Slaw Solutions name. It does not apply to products or sites run by other companies under their own privacy policies (for example Google Play, Apple App Store, or advertising and analytics partners), even when you reach them through our apps or links.
4. Data we collect and receive
4.1 Data you provide
We may process information you voluntarily provide, for example when you email us, report a problem, participate in surveys or beta programmes, or use features that ask for input inside our apps. This can include your name or nickname, email address, message content, and attachments.
4.2 Account and store data
When you install or use our apps through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or other app stores, the platform operator may collect and process personal data under its own terms. We receive only what the platform shares with developers (for example identifiers needed to deliver the app, aggregate statistics, or purchase confirmations). We do not receive your full payment card or bank details from the store; those are handled by the platform and its payment providers.
4.3 Communications and content
If you contact support or send feedback, we process the content of those communications to respond and improve the Services. Information you choose to make public inside an app or on third-party services is visible according to that context; we are not responsible for what others do with information you publish voluntarily.
4.4 Aggregated and anonymous data
We may use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you (for example usage trends) to analyse and improve the Services.
4.5 Sensitive categories
We do not ask you to provide special categories of data (such as health, political opinions, or biometric data) and do not seek to process them.
5. Data collected automatically
5.1 Usage and device data
When you use our apps or website, certain technical data may be collected automatically or through tools integrated in the software, such as:
- device or app identifiers, IP address, operating system, language, and general location derived from IP;
- crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data;
- interaction and gameplay-related data needed to run features you use.
5.2 Website
Our public website is largely static. We do not use first-party advertising cookies by default. Standard server or hosting logs may record technical data (for example IP address and request time) as required to operate and secure the site.
5.3 Third-party tools in apps
Our apps may include third-party software development kits (SDKs) or services (for example advertising, analytics, or crash reporting) provided by partners such as Google or other vendors depending on platform and build. Those partners may collect data as described in their own privacy policies. We select and configure tools where needed to operate and improve the Services; we do not control all processing by third parties. For the latest list of integrated services and how data is used, refer to each app’s store listing (including any App Store privacy nutrition label), in-app disclosures, and partner documentation.
6. Legal bases and how we use your data
Depending on the situation, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Contract — to provide the Services you request, handle purchases mediated by platforms, and respond to your enquiries.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the Services, fix bugs, understand aggregate usage, prevent abuse, and communicate important updates, where balanced against your rights.
- Consent — where required by law (for example certain marketing or optional analytics), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data to comply with law.
We do not sell your personal data in the conventional sense of selling lists to advertisers.
7. Who we share data with
We may share data with:
- Platform and infrastructure providers (e.g. Google for Play distribution, Apple for App Store distribution, hosting, email delivery) who process data on our instructions or under their own policies as joint or independent controllers where applicable;
- Professional advisers where required (e.g. legal or accounting), under confidentiality;
- Authorities when we believe disclosure is required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users or the public.
We may share anonymous or aggregated information that does not identify you. If our business is reorganised (e.g. merger or asset sale), your data may be transferred subject to this policy or equivalent protections, unless you agree otherwise.
8. International transfers
Some recipients may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognised under GDPR, unless an adequacy decision applies.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords on your devices and accounts.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described, unless a longer period is required by law. Support emails may be retained for a limited time to handle follow-up. Aggregated statistics may be kept without identifying you.
11. Children
Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have received such data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it. Age requirements on app stores may also apply.
12. Your rights (EEA and similar jurisdictions)
Where GDPR or comparable law applies, you may have the right to:
- access a copy of your personal data;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase data in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- data portability for data you provided, where technically feasible;
- withdraw consent where processing was based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, contact info@slawsolutions.com. We will respond without undue delay and within one month where required, or inform you if an extension applies. You may also contact the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or the authority in your country of residence.
Some app stores optionally allow a “Privacy Choices” URL so users can learn how to exercise their rights. Where that field is available, we use https://www.slawsolutions.com/privacy#privacy-choices, which points to this section and the contact details in section 14.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the current version on this page and adjust the effective date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example through the app or by email where appropriate). Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
